CSI Vermezzo: Italy and Switzerland on top in 3-star competition

In Vermezzo, everyone is waiting for the Grand Prix of this afternoon, but in the meanwhile two other 3-star competitions has been ridden. In the 1,35m class, the victory stayed in Italy. Emilio Bicocchi rode the fastest time with Nonostante Del Terriccio and left the wood untouched. Their time of 52,36 seconds was enough to keep the victory in their homecountry. The second place went to the German rider Maximilian Schmid. He rode Cassia De Lys 2 in 53,15 seconds to the finish line. Pietro Borgia completed the podium. Het jumped a clear round with Lady Cracotte and finished in 55,35 seconds. Filippo Moyersoen (Loro Piana Bellami) and Bixio Ambrosini (Whoppy 9) completed the top five. The 1,40m class was a accumulator with joker competition. The Swiss lady rider Frederique Fabre Delbos won this class wit her Nirvana Basters. They got the maximum of points (65) and finished in 44,86 seconds. With this time they were a bit faster than Giovanni Gianni  who ended on second place with Labraker. Massimo Grossato and Ukelle Du Talus completed the podium. They got a total of 65 points and finished in 45,19 seconds. The rest of the top five colored all in the Italian colors. Carlos Juan Garcia ended on fourth place with Moka de Mescam. Gianluca Paracciani and Chef V Veecaten took account of the fifth place. Click here for all results
