Denis Lynch jumps RMF Echo to a stunning victory in CSI5* Madrid

Denis Lynch and his fourteen-year-old Belgian bred stallion RMF Echo (Virus de Laubry) just won the CSI5* 1,50m-1,55m in Madrid. Between about 50 competitors, they managed to join 11 other pairs in the jump-off. Here, only eight went clear. Lynch was the fastest of these eight combinations in 37,37 seconds. Pieter Devos finished second with Apart (Larino) for Belgium, and the third place also went to Ireland. Cameron Hanley sent EIS Isaura (Tinka's Boy) in 38,7 seconds over the fences. Henrik von Eckermann and Flotte Deern (Forsyth FRH) followed for Sweden in 39,68 seconds and took the fourth place, Alberto Zorzi and Danique (Zento) placed the Italian flag on the fifth spot.
