Yesterday the 3-start international showjumping competition kicked-off in Warsaw. In the 1m30-class the victory went to Polen thanks to Lukasz Appel and Quite Donaldson (s. Quidam de Revel). A clear round in 55:45 seconds gave an advantage of over four seconds on Andreij Shalohin (Charlize) who ended second. The Norwegian Sandra Lovas and her Karandasj-son, Uilskuiken ended third in this class.
In the 1m40-class it were the Dutch riders that dominate the ranking. Jur Vrieling triumphed on the back of Carrera (s. Clearway), a horse that previously also has been ridden by Suzanne Tepper. She and Sensation however didn't manage to get on the stage with their fourth place. Piet Raijmakers Junior (Willem) managed to end 6th. The Danish Karine Rie Truelsen (Caput) and Polish rider Michal Kazmierczak (Apart) ended second and third in this 1m40-class.
