French riders Julien Epaillard and Marie Hecart ended first and second in the 1.45 class today in Oliva. Julien Epaillard was the best of 56 competitors with his Safari d'Auge, a son of Diamant de Semilly. Nearly two seconds later Marie Hecart crossed the finish line with Vahinee, a mare of Lauterbach X Darco. For Brasil Pedro Veniss followed with Anaya Ste. Hermelle, an Andiamo X Paladin des Ifs-mare of breeder/owner Elevage Ste. Hermelle. Andrew Ramsay ended on fourth place with California 62 (San Patrignano Cassini X Galant Vert XX), Vladimir Tuganov fifth with Qualidam (Quality Touch Z X Quidam de Revel).
