This weekend, France could enjoy topsport in Maubeuge. The 1.60 m GP has just ended and we must say, the Frenchmen did very well on their home ground. The top three colored blue-white-red. Harold Boisset rode an excellent jump-off and speeded to victory with his mare Qualita Z (Quasimodo Z). Second place was for Nicolas Deseuzes. He took Quilane de Lezeaux (Grenat De Grez) out of the stables and jumped a clear jump-off in 42,19 seconds. Alexandra Francart and Quelstar Du Vic (Fusain Du Defey) completed the top 3. The Brazilian rider Stephan De Freitas finished on fourth place with Landpeter Do Feroleto (Landritter). Philippe Lazare, another Frenchman, and his gelding Salto De Sam (Chef Roufge) took the fifth spot. Click here for the results
