Home wins at Glock Horse Performance Center

Yesterday the CSI3* competition at the Glock Horse Performance Center opened with a home-win. Christian Schranz jumped to win right from the outset on his round in the 1.30 m opening class - and had it all sewn up 47.46 seconds later. The Austrian pushed his 11-year-old chestnut Whisper von Lichten and galloped over the finishing line with the best time. Italian Emanuele Gaudiano and his 8-year-old Admara 2 (Padinus) had to content themselves with second place (47:58) while Werner Muff, after completing his round with 10-year-old Donna out of Kannan in a time of 47.59 seconds, had to be pleased with a third place. Also the Youngster Tour went to Austria. Markus Saurugg charged round the course at an incredible pace on his Zita 94, giving Austria the second victory in the second event. Thus leaving Sweden’s Erika Lickhammer with her seven-year-old Bellinda out of Namelus R more than three seconds behind (53.70). Third place went to Antonia Schnabel also riding a seven-year-old, Querry sired by Quattro B. source: equnews.be - photo: GHC
