Horse community mourns the loss of iconic groom Jenny Ducoffre

The equestrian world has been shocked by the loss of one of its most respected grooms. Earlier this week, Jenny Ducoffre passed away at the age of 44. The German had been living in Belgium for 14 years and in recent years was mainly known as the loyal groom of Jos Verlooy!

Ducoffre lived for the horses. She also developed her own grooming products, which were later produced by Verlooy's sponsor, Kentucky Horsewear.

Ducoffre left a mark on the grooming community and received the Best Groom Award no less than three times! This was at Indoor Friesland, in Hickstead, and in Leeuwarden.

Our deepest condolences to family and friends.
