Jeroen-Appelen-Uni-Stop-700x466Last week Jeroen Appelen and the 9-year-old Clinton-mare Enjoy had 13 penalty points in the CSI3* GP of Lummen, today they victoriously finished with a foultless ride in 38:84 seconds. The pair took a lead with almost 3 seconds on the Irish rider Trevor Coyle and the 10-year-old Clever Lady (s. Cassini I). Dayro Arroyave completed the stage after his clear round with the Thunder vd Zuuthoeve -sire Eldorado vh Vijverhof. The slowest zerofaulter was Fidel Segovia and Wrangler II. The top five was completed by the Swiss rider Romain Duguet and the 14-year-old Le Prestige St Lois jumping one fence down in the Jump-Off. Belgian rider Pieter Devos and Equipharma Dax van 'dabdijhoev (s. Desir du Chateau) made it to the sixth position in the final rankings of this GP. However without a doubt it was the 16-year-old Jeroen De Winter who made the excitement of the day. This morning the riders started at a national competition for Young Horses whereafter he continued victoriously during the Finals of the CSI seven year old horses in Lummen. Aboard his Corland-mare Gretel S Jeroen De Winter took a lead on Stefan Corten and Gigi vh Daalhof (s. Kashmir van Schuttershof) and Pénélope Leprevost (Sultan des Ibis, s.
