It turned out to be a good, better, best competition in the 1.50m in Hagen. Eventually it was Julien Epaillard who speeded to victory aboard his 13-year-old SF-sire, Safari D Auge. The combination jumped to victory in 25.19 seconds.

Epaillard was followed by Egypt's Karim Elzoghby who also crossed the finish in under 26 seconds. Together with the 14-year-old Cantos-mare, Amelia, he placed as runner-up while home-rider, David Will completed the stage in the saddle of the 13-year-old SF-mare, Spring Dark. Harm Lahde followed in a fourth position aboard Larry 210 while Simone Blum completed the top five in the saddle of her trusted Dsp Alice (Askari). Results
