Kristin Hardin wins at Sonoma Horse Park

Another week has come to an end at the Sonoma Horse Park. In the $40,000 1.45m Grand Prix it was Kristin Hardin and Bert who rode to victory. Kristin and Emily Cohodes' horse earlier that week ended fifth in the $15,000 Eden Vally Stables Gambler's Choice 1.30m class. A class won by Jeffrey Fields and Felippa N. Toni Mc Intosch and FBW Conell made it to the second place while Harley Brown and Cassiato ended third. The stage of this GP was completed by Bjorn Ikast (Chestina Z) and Juan Pablo Gnecco with Eurocommerce New York. A horse he acquired through the online Auction of the bankrupted Eurocommerce Real Estate firm. A total of 36 horse-rider combinations took the start. Earlier in the week the battle of the sexes-showclass attracted a lot of attention. Joie Gatlin and Tivoli Z rode to victory followed by her fellow female riders Isabella Petroccito (Camaran CR), Erin Bland (Charmeur 332), Simonne Berg (Elvira 60), Eve Jobs (RL Cheenook), Peyton Warren (Lysander 99), Elizabeth Mc Afee (No Nonsense Z), Savannah Barry (Cocu), Karrie Rufer (Lotta 167), Carly Bechtel (Ulla) and Jill Humprey (Cleopatra). With the Children the last day -victory was decided in the $5,000 aubrey Grace Children's Classic, set at a height of 1.10m. Lexi Burdon and Turning Point claimed the victory and where followed by Riley Benvenuti (Sharper Image), Joie Gatlin (Twindoline) and Nikola Barnes (Cappo) on a second, third and fourth place. Peyton Farrow made it to the fifth and sixth place in this class. Once aboard Cayak DH (5th) and once with Tournado (6th) under the saddle.
