Last night the fifth edition of 'Woodland's International Sales' took place in Belgium. They started with a small presentation of all the horses, they all jumped a little course and after this presentation the auction could really start. Top sales horse was the six year old chestnut gelding Kyrelle Van 'T Krekelhof (Ogano Sitte x Contact Van De Heffinck). This Belgian Warmblood Horse was already in the spotlights because of his good results in classes for five and six years old horses. He is a son of Haciënda van Eversem, who competes in 1.50m classes with the Belgian rider Wilm Vermeir. Also his grandmother, Capacity, was competing at 3* and 4* shows with Dominique Hendrickx. The gelding was really loved by the public and they started with a bid of 40.000 euro. Kyrelle was finaly sold for 142.000 euro to France. The five year old mare Gorgeous Lady (Heartbreaker x Lux) was sold for 125.000 euro to Great-Britain. The seven year old J'Adore Van De Meulenberg (Ogano Sitte x Lambada Van Berkenbroek) was also sold to France for 90.000 euro. Niels Bruynseels competed this Belgian Warmblood Horse in CSIYH-classes. This year they didn't reach the record of 165.000 euro. The auction was good for a total of 1.133.000 euro and an avarage of 66.650 euro per horse. The five year old Kakao Du Plevau (Kashmir Van 'T Schuttershof x Larome) fell during the presentation and wasn't sold at the auction.
