Lisa Nooren took both the Junior and Young Riders titel at the Dutch Showjumping championships in Mierlo today. The double golden girl is the daughter of old top showjumper Henk Nooren and showed ovrall domination by not only taking both gold medals but in addition sweeping away the win in every course she and her two horses set foot on. By winning the final round in the Junior Rider class with Royalty des Isles in a smashing time of 35,25 seconden she left Jens van Grunsven riding Whisper and Kim Hoogenraat on Wishkarla behind to devide the silver and bronze. The Young Riders was thrilling with Bart Haselbekke having a jumping fault leaving himbehind on second place and Dennis van de Brink being on Noorens heels after finish second last year. Nontheless Nooren showed a brilliant final round winning the jump off with Flying Saucer das Umburanas. Pushing Dennis and his Royal Dream to second place to claim the silver once again. Bron: KNHS
