Longines FEI World Cup Jumping for the First time @ CSI A Coruña

Picture from Site CSICasasNovas The 18th edition of the CSI in Casas Novas Indoor in A Coruña will host their first Longines FEI World Cup Jumping. The XXXIII edition of CSI A Coruña will be bigger, more international and more entertaining. Some of the finest riders decided to compete in the arena of Casas Novas which is situated in Arteixo, a city in the center of Galicia. This World cup is the seventh World cup on the calendar. (SOURCE: FEI Western European League Calendar)8i4b2903 Program Equestrian centre Casas Novas will host a CSI 5* and CSI2* competition that will take place from Friday the 9th till Sunday the 11th of December. It is their XXXIII edition and it is promised to be one of the best. On Friday they kick off with 2 CSI** competitions (1.30m, 1.40m) followed by a 1.45m CSI5* to continue with the World Cup Qualifier (1.50m-1.55m). Lorenzo de la Camarga will close of the night with his new spectacle. For his spectacle he uses twelve horses to insure an impressive show that will be complemented by demonstrations of natural dressing by the Frenchman. On Saturday we have two more CSI** and the Longines Grand Prix (1.60m). During this Grand Prix, the Spanish riders are also in the race for "Tyco Trofee for the best Spanish GP rider". On Sunday they proceed with the GP of the CSI** and the Longines FEI World Cup. The Masters @ Work Not only will this weekend be full of excitement, we will also be able to "watch & learn". With some of the greatest riders, coming from all over the world like Edwina Tops-Alexander (Australia) placed 14th and as 2nd best female rider in the Longines Rankings, Ludger Beerbaum (Germany) who won the CSIO 5* final of the Nations Cup at 1.60m in Barcelona , Denis Lynch (Ireland) who is known to be a very fast and technical rider, Maikel Van der Vleuten (The Netherlands) who had an amazing weekend in Madrid last week by winning 2 classes and going home with over 50.000 euro of price money, Jonna Ekberg (Sweden), Max Kühner (Austria) who was 5th in the CSI5* Grand Prix in Paris this weekend, Julien Epaillard (France) became 2nd in the Speed & Handiness 5* on Friday in Paris, Lauren Hough (USA), Pilar Cordon (Spain), Pieter Devos & Nicola Philippaerts (Belgium) both extremely talented and young riders, Yuri Mansur (Brazil) who is very recognizable with his yellow show jacket, Ben Maher (Great Britain) , Jessica Mendoza (Great Britain) who won the CSI** 1.45 in Madrid, and who is known to be the Queen of Speed in the CSI** circuit, and so many more!
