Luciana Diniz on top in Rotterdam's Grand Prix

At the CHIO in Rotterdam the show jumping competition concluded with the 1.60m Grand Prix. Eventually a total of 17 combinations advanced to the final jump-off. Luciana Diniz and her 12-year-old Fit For Fun 13 (by For Pleasure) proved to be unbeatable, setting a record time of 41.49 seconds. USA's Kent Farrington concluded his form from Calgary a couple of weeks ago. Aboard his KWPN-gelding, Creedance (by Lord Z), Farrington stopped the clock in 41.95 seconds. The pair was followed by an ex aequo. Harrie Smolders and his Belgian Warmblood-sire, Emerald N.O.P. (by Diamant de Semilly) and Ward McLain and his sBs-mare, HH Azur (by Thunder vd Zuuthoeve) both crossed the finish in 42.89 seconds, sharing the third spot.
