After a heavy rain and wind, the sun returned in Chantilly, France. Eventuelly only four combinations produced a clear track over  three rounds. Ludger Beerbaum and the 13-year-old Contender -mare, Chiara 222 set the fastest clear time, finishing in 38.28 seconds. Recently Beerbaum already won the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix in Hamburg. Today the German show jumping rider returned home with an extra 100,000.00 Euro. Beerbaum's compatriot, Stephex-rider, Daniel Deusser did his best closing in on Beerbaum's time. In the end Deusser and the 11-year-old First Class van Eeckelghem (by Balou du Rouet) had to settle for a second place after stopping the time in 38.98 seconds. Daniel Bluman started his competition in Chantilly with a victory. In today's Grand Prix he had to settle for third with Conconcreto Apardi (by Corland). Edwina Tops-Alexander (Caretina de Joter) was the slowest rider to produce a clear round in the final jump-off. The pair finished fourth. The top five was completed by Luciana Diniz and Fit For Fun 13. The pair set a fast time of 38.92 seconds, however one rail went down. CLICK HERE FOR THE RESULTS
