Maikel van der Vleuten jumps to victory as last rider at the start

As last rider at the start in today's 1.45m afternoon class in Oslo, Dutch show jumping rider, Maikel Van der Vleuten speeded to victory aboard the 13-year-old KWPN-mare with Arera C (Indoctro). Norway's Lisa Ulven followed as runner-up with the 14-year-old Quidam's Rubin -son, Quiet Easy. Petronella Andersson completed the stage with the 9-year-old KWPN-gelding, Eclatant (Berlin). The pair was followed by Michael Cristofoletti aboard Sig Debalia (Zürich) in fourth and local hero, Geir Gulliksen with the 17-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding, Edesa S Banjan (Toulon) in fifth.
