MHS Going Global gets go ahead for Olympic Games

Horse Sport Ireland : Earlier this month Irish Chef d'équpe Robert Splaine and Horse Sport Ireland nominated Greg Broderick and MHS Going Global as the individual selection for the Rio Olympics. It was later revealed that the horse may not be allowed to compete under the FEI's ownership rules. Following the submission of the nominated entries for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games to the FEI on June 20th, Horse Sport Ireland received a query from the FEI in relation to the ownership of the horse MHS Going Global. Horse Sport Ireland responded to this query and the FEI has today confirmed that it has no further enquiries to make regarding MHS Going Global and has no objection to the horse’s inclusion in the nominated entries list.
