Nicola Philippaerts has celebrated his birthday with a nice victory at the international five-star show in Dinard. In The 1.50m class directly ridden on time, the belgian show jumping rider set the fastest clear time. Aboard the 12-year-old Kannan-son, H&M Quenzo de la Roque Philippaerts stopped the clock in 71.45 seconds. Earlier this year the pair already claimed the win at the Knokke Hippique and in 's Hertogenbosch. Max Kuhner and the 9-year-old Electric Touch (by Untouchable Z) followed in a second place. The pair saw the chrono stop  at 71.78 seconds. Current World number one, Simon Delestre secured the 'home' colours on stage. Last week in Knokke, Delestre showed his form. Today the French showjumper finished third. Together with Utah D'Aiguilly (by Kashmir van Schuttershof) he crossed the finish in 71.83 seconds. Laura Renwick and MHS Washington (by Obos Quality) secured the fourth spot. Dutch Gert-Jan Bruggink completed the top five aboard Vampire (by Marome NW).
