Today the international five-star show kicked-off at the Equita Lyon. In the 1.50m opening class France's Patrice Delaveau ensured a splendid start for the home crowd. Aboard the 9-year-old Zangersheide-mare, Leontine Ledimar Z HDC (by Lovefever II), Delaveau stopped the clock in 26.37 seconds. Delaveau was over one second faster as Great-Britain's Scott Brash.
Together with Belgian Warmblood-gelding Hello Guv'Nor (ex. Flinstone de Tiji, by Diamant de Semilly) Brash followed in a second place. Simon Delestre completed the stage with Sultan du Chateau (by Kannan) after a clear finish in 27.66 seconds.
Philippe Rozier followed in a fourth place. Together with Quel Chanu (by Flipper d'elle), Rozier stopped the clock in 28.19 seconds. Brazil's Yuri Mansur Guerios and Sir One (by Silverstone) placed fifth. with her victory Leontine Ledimar Z HDC adds another great amount on the yet over 108,000 Euro in competition earnings.
