In the two-phase 1.45m class this morning, it was Brazilian rider Pedro Veniss who picked up the win at the CSIO 5* in Barcelona. Riding the 12 year old gelding Amemoi O Sandor ( x Élan de la Cour ), Veniss had the fastest double clear round to win the class and €7920 in prize money. In second place was Italian Luca Maria Moneta and the 17 year old gelding Jesus de la Commune ( x Diamant de Semilly ), while third spot was taken by Swede Henrik von Eckermann and the 8 year old mare For Sale 6 ( x For Pleasure ).
