On Saturday evening Albert Zoer showed that the impossible can be made possible in the Audi Prize. In a nine-horse thrilling jump-off the battle for the first prize was fierce. Switzerland’s Janika Sprunger was second to go in the jump-off and set a time which seemed unbeatable. No one was able to better her time. Last to go in was Albert Zoer with his BWP gelding Gigolo. The spectators were holding their breath and saw a miracle. Albert Zoer flew to the finish in 34.64 seconds and won the Audi Prize. Holland’s Joy Lammers was happy with her third place with the 12-year-old KWPN mare Winny. A great performance in this strong competitor field. Ruben Romp, stable rider of sponsor Audi, stayed clear too and finished in fourth followed by World Cup Champion Steve Guerdat from Switzerland with Concetto Son. The Audi Prize was a phenomenal final of today’s competition day at JIM!
