After an exciting Grand Prix in Helsinki, the international fivestar combination concluded the day with an exciting fivestar class. Long it seemed like Maikel van der Vleuten would crown himself as winner, until Steve Guerdat took the start. Eventually the top four riders finished in about half a second from each other. Estonia's Rein Pill advanced to the winning spot with the 11-year-old Aromats-son, Alfons RA. The pair stopped the timer in 50.39 seconds. Dutch Jur Vrieling followed as runner-up with the 10-year-old Belgian Warmblood sire, Dallas VDL (Douglas). Former Olympic Champion, Steve Guerdat completed the stag after a clear round with the only 9-year-old Venard de Verisy (Open Up Semilly). The pair was followed by Maikel van der Vleuten and his trusted Arera C (Indoctro) who stopped the timer in 50.89 seconds.
