Even though there were 61 participants in the GCL Miami Beach Final, only three of these 61 riders managed to go clear in this difficult course by Uliano Vezzani. With Charmeur (Numero Uno), it was Spain's Sergio Alvarez Moya who won this class. His eleven-year-old stallion jumped the 1,50m-1,60m fences in 69,36 seconds, 0,21 second faster than the Irish rider Bertram Allen. He counted on his Belgian bred Gin Chin van het Lindenhof (Chin Chin). Belgium's Jos Verlooy and Caracas (Casall) were the last ones to go clear and took the third place. The fourth place went to Edwina Tops Alexander. The Aussie rider jumped California (l'Esprit) to her fourth place in 72,58 seconds with one penalty. Gerco Schröder and Glock's London (Nabab de Reve) finished fifth for the Netherlands. In the team ranking, the Prague Lions (Gerco Schröder and Anna Kellnerova) lead the board now. The Czech rider collected one penalty in both rounds with her Classic (Armitage), Schröder and London added one point to their previously collected five. The second place is currently for Valkenswaard United with Alberto Zorzi and Bertram Allen with a total of 10 points, the Monaco Aces with Jérôme Guery and Julien Epaillard follow in third place with 14 points.
