The reigning World Champions from the Netherlands have been nominated by the Dutch Olympic Committee & Dutch Sport Federation’s Sport Gala. Reigning Double World Champion Jeroen Dubbeldam has been nominated for the ‘Sportsman of the Year’ Award, the gold winning team consisting of Jeroen Dubbeldam, Jur Vrieling, Maikel van der Vleuten and Gerco Schröder have been nominated for the ‘Sports Team of the Year’, while Dutch coach Rob Ehrens has been nominated for the ‘Coach of the Year’ Award. The Sports Gala takes place on the 16th of December.
