Thierry Goffinet speeds to victory in front of his own Belgian crowd

In Opglabbeek, everyone was looking forward of the highlight of the evening: a Longines rankingclass. 77 combinations entered the show ring. This 'Prize Stephex Horsetrucks' was a part of the three-star-competition and had fences built up to 1,45m. A jump-off eventually had to decide about the winner... In that jump-off it was Thierry Goffinet who didn't gave a chance to any competition. He and Artuur JH Z (f. Andiamo) jumped a clear round in 39,77 seconds. Second place went to the Dutch rider Suus Kuyten. She and Dallas Du Domaine Z (f. Darco) cleared the course in 41,27 seconds. The third place went to a Belgian combination: Fabienne Daigneux-Lange rode Venue D'Fees Des Hazalles (f. President) in 42,28 seconds to the finish line. Rodrifo Almeida (Hassan van de Wittemoere) ended on fourth place. Marit H. Skollerud and Nicola took account of the fifth spot.
