Thierry Goffinet took the victory in the morning CSI3* class from Villamoura on a hight of 1.40m. He did this with his horse Navarro UK (by Darco) in a time of 36.86 seconds. The top three was completed by two British riders Nicole Pavitt and Emma Stoker. Pavitt came into the arena with Gemmarco 16 (by Unbelievable Darco) and stopped the clock in 37.47 seconds. Stoker rode rode Shelby 12 (by Stolzenberg) and went through the finish in 39.17 seconds. Further came Martha Bottanelli with Caletto (by Cardento) in 45.71 seconds and Duarte Seabra with Wannahave (by Numero Uno) in 35.54 seconds and 4 faults into the top five. He had under his saddle Quarelie de La Louvet (by Nadir Di San Patrignano) and stopped the clock in 54.61 seconds. He was followed by Alexandr Imschenetzky. This rider came into the arena with Qualin de Becad (by Faust de Sede*Cannabox) and had a time of 55.96 seconds. The third place was for Laura Renwick with Bintang II (by Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve) in 56.46 seconds. The Brazilian Luiz Felipe de Azevedo Filho came into the fourth place with Chacito (by Chacco-Blue) who went over the finish line in 57.02 seconds.
