Time out for Rahotep de Toscane

The faithful grey stallion ridden by French rider Philippe Rozier, will have to miss out on the next few competitions. It is likely that the stallion will not return to competition until  sometime next year due to back problems. After missing out on competing last week at the Longines Paris Masters, the best horse of the French rider will take a well deserved break. Rozier is confident that the son of Quidam de Revel will return fit and strong after a long break at Bois-le-Roi. Rozier and Rahotep have been a staple for the French team this year, finishing in second place at the LGCT in Madrid. No doubt that with next year being Olympic year, Rozier will be aiming Rahotep to Rio. Photo : Rozier & Rahotep - ©Equnews.fr
