In the Polish Sopot it was a surprise when the Turkish team claimed victory in the FEI Furusiyya Nations Cup Series. Derin Demirsoy and Harry K jumped one rail out the spoons. Also Husnu Dinc (Chiara) and Omer Karaevli (Dadjak ter Puttenen) ended the two rounds with a total of four points. Team mebmer Cagri Basel and his 9 year old Chaccomo had a total of six and nine points. But their results were erased.
With a total of 12 points the Turkish team was ahead with 5 points of the Polish team, taking in the runner-up position. The stage was completed by Morton Djupvik's Norwegian riders. They jumped together a total of 20 points.
