Great performance of the Spanish riders, who have won the first place in the tests played in the first day of CSI Santander With the stands full, the Cantabrian public did not want to miss the star event of the day, the Suzuki Trophy. 11 obstacles and thirteen efforts of height 1.40m formed the course designed by Javier Trenor. Ismael García Roque went first to the track and imposed a rhythm that would be very difficult to beat on the back of G & C Wolf. Only Diego Perez Bilbao, who qualified in second place and Gonzalo Añón, proclaimed himself winner of the Suzuki Trophy and who wanted to dedicate to Alfonso Arango.   After the small tribute to Alfonso Arango, the XVI edition of the CSI2* Santander began today at 12:30 with the Hotel Real Trophy. The sun, installed in the Campa de la Magdalena from early in the morning, was the main protagonist of the Hotel Real Trophy, a1.30m high test and two phases.
