He was a long-standing member of the Dutch number one showjumping team. Gerco Schröder these days still is passionate about horses.  It is exactly ten years ago that he heard that his top horse London had been reserved for him. The Austrian, the late Gaston Glock, bought the high-quality chestnut for Gerco Schröder. "I started riding in Rotterdam as a very young boy! I was fourteen years old... in the team competition I was paired with Jos Lansin, I will never forget!"
