The victory in this five-star class went to Germany’s Daniel Deusser. Riding Bingo Ste Hermelle (Number One d'Iso), he produced a flawless performance and crossed the finish line in an unbeatable time of 54.47 seconds. His smooth and efficient round set the standard early on and ultimately proved too quick for the rest of the field.

Second place was secured by France’s François-Xavier Boudant. In the saddle of Fee de Riverland (Kannan), he also kept all the rails in place and finished in 55.08 seconds, coming closest to challenging the winning time. The top three was completed by another French rider, Olivier Robert, who guided Espri du Figuier AA (Upsilon) to a clear round in 56.86 seconds.

Fourth place went to Gudrun Patteet who delivered an excellent round aboard Sea Coast Enjoy Z (Emerald), stopping the clock in 57.92 seconds. The top five was rounded off by Brazil’s Yuri Mansur. On the back of Glinka de la Treille (Contendro I), he also jumped clear but with a time of 58.61 seconds had to settle for fifth place. The narrow margins between the leading riders illustrated the intense level of competition in this demanding class.
