Born in Asse, Flemish Brabant, the grey stallion Hooligan de Laubry has passed away at the age of 18. The son of Clinton competed in his last international show in March this year with Chloe Michellier.
The stallion had several riders in the saddle throughout his career. After his international training with former Belgian champion Dirk Demeersman, Damien Haelterman took over the reins. In 2017, the pair placed third in the 1.45m at the CSI5-W in Mechelen*. That same year, they also finished fifth in the CSI3 1.55m Grand Prix of Beervelde*.
In 2018, Sadri Fegaier took over the reins of the grey. Later, Carlos Enrique Lopez Lizarazo and Kendra Claricia Brinkop also rode him. Last year, the stallion moved to the stables of Chloe Michellier.
