Toyal Windsor Horse Show is delighted to announce a sensational line-up of international Show Jumping entries for the 2026 Show, which will take place in the private grounds of Windsor Castle from 14–17 May. The CSI5* competitions are set to feature a remarkable depth of talent from across the globe, including 5 of the world’s top 10 ranked riders as well as the reigning individual World and Olympic champions.
CSI5* jumping action begins on Friday 15 May and concludes on Sunday 17 May with the highlight of the week – the Rolex Grand Prix – promising three days of world-class sport in one of the most iconic settings in equestrianism.
Leading the field is current world no. 2 Scott Brash, one of the seven Rolex Testimonees competing. The double Olympic gold medallist ended 2025 with victory in the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final and has continued his run of form into 2026, with CSI5* Grand Prix victories in Paris and Doha already under his belt.
In addition to Brash, British hopes will rest on an exceptional home contingent. He will be joined by his Paris 2024 Olympic gold-winning teammate Harry Charles, who will be looking to improve on his third place in last year’s Rolex Grand Prix. Show Ambassadors Joe Stockdale and Jack Whitaker have both had successful starts to the season, with Stockdale victorious in the Gold Tour Grand Prix at Arezzo earlier this month and Whitaker second in the CSI5* Grand Prix in Miami.
Strengthening the depth of the British entries is Robert Whitaker, who has a successful history at the Show, with his first victory dating back to 2008 and subsequent results including a Grand Prix win in 2014. Sienna Charles is another to have already tasted success at the show, previously winning the Under-25 Jumping. Matthew Sampson, Jodie Hall McAteer and Adrian Whiteway will also be aiming to make a strong impression in front of an enthusiastic Windsor crowd.
International challengers will be led by world no. 1 Kent Farrington (USA), whose consistency at the highest level has made him one of the most formidable competitors on the circuit and who will be coming on the back of a sensational FEI Jumping World CupTM Final victory. The United States contingent also includes three of the sport’s leading female riders, world no. 11 Laura Kraut, Lillie Keenan and Eve Jobs, with Canadian Olympian Kara Chad adding further North American talent to the line-up.
Switzerland’s Martin Fuchs and Steve Guerdat bring a wealth of experience and championship success, as well as the knowledge of how to be successful in The Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Castle Arena. The pair finished first and third respectively in the Rolex Grand Prix at the Show in 2024, with Fuchs having also won the prestigious class in 2023 and world no. 9, Guerdat victorious in 2018.
Belgium is exceptionally well represented, led by the 2025 Royal Windsor Rolex Grand Prix victor, Gregory Wathelet who will be looking to add to his impressive Rolex Grand Prix record, which to date includes two wins and a second. Additionally, Nicola Philippaerts, Pieter Devos and Thibault Philippaerts showcase the nation’s depth of elite jumping talent.
Germany’s challenge is headed by reigning individual Olympic champion Christian Kukuk, who will be joined by Daniel Deusser, one of the sport’s most respected and consistent performers and a two-time winner of the Show’s opening CSI5* contest – The Pearl Stakes. Meanwhile France is represented by world no. 6 Nina Mallevaey – who won the 2025 Rolex Grand Prix at the Brussels Stephex Masters – and Marc Dilasser.
Sweden’s former world no.1 Henrik von Eckermann, whose dominance in recent seasons has set the benchmark for excellence in the sport, will travel to Windsor as another looking to reclaim the Rolex Grand Prix title he won back in 2019, while Ireland’s Daniel Coyle adds further firepower to an already formidable field featuring 10 of the world’s top 20.
Further international contenders include the Netherlands’ Harrie Smolders – team silver medallist at the 2022 FEI World Championships – and Victor Bettendorf representing Luxembourg, who in 2025 won the Manama Rose Show Stakes at Royal Windsor.
Chairman of Royal Windsor Horse Show, Simon Brooks-Ward, said: “We are thrilled to welcome such an outstanding group of riders to Royal Windsor Horse Show this year. The continued presence of the world’s best athletes highlights the prestige of the Show, and we look forward to three days of exceptional international competition in The Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Castle Arena.”
