It was José Maria Larocca who dictated the pace this weekend. Aboard the 11-year-old Contendro I son, Chris, he left the competition in the dust. With a razor-sharp performance, Larocca claimed the top step of the Grand Prix podium.

The French riders put up a brave fight to claim the remaining podium spots. Mathieu Billot guided Heartlove de Pleville (by Carinjo*hdc) to a strong second place, though he faced a significant gap of nearly four seconds behind the winner. The podium was rounded out by the legendary Roger-Yves Bost, who took third place with the 10-year-old SF gelding Giorgio de la Batia (by Ideal de la Loge).

The best Belgian result came from Roy van Beek. As the slowest of the clear rounds, he finished just outside the top three, securing fourth place with the 11-year-old gelding Cavoire-H OLD (by Casallco).
