42 pairs saw the 15 obstacles of the CSI5*-W competition against the clock being build to the height of 1.50m. Only 15 of them could get over all those fences without any mistakes and in time.
The fastest round was clocked by Julien Epaillard on the back of Easy Up de Grandry (Jarnac). No one was able to even get close to the time the French pair put on the scoreboard. Second place was claimed by Henrik von Eckermann. The Swedish rider trusted Glamour Girl (VDL Zirocco Blue) to go clear and fast. Michael Pender could complete the podium on HHS Orchidee (Le Roi) for Ireland.
The Spanish rider Alvaro Gonzalez de Zarate Fernandez claimed the fourth spot after tacking up Casa Diva PS (Casallco) for the 5* class. The top 5 was rounded off by another French pair, Simon Delestre and Golden Boy DK (Diamant de Semilly).
