At Jump Saudi, the CSI5*-W Grand Prix over 1.55m featured a compact but strong field of fifteen starters, with seven combinations qualifying for the jump-off. The deciding round was run at a very high pace, where even the smallest mistake immediately proved decisive for the final standings.
The win stayed on home soil thanks to Khaled Almobty, who produced a double-clear performance with Davenport VDL (Diamant de Semilly) and posted the winning jump-off time of 41.67 seconds. Abdulrahman Alrajhi made it a Saudi one-two with second place aboard Heartbeat W (Baloubet du Rouet), also clear, in 42.38 seconds.
Third place went to Germany’s Christopher Kläsener with the BWP gelding Popeye Vd Bisschop (Lector Vd Bisschop), completing the top three after a faultless jump-off in 42.87 seconds.
Italy’s Emanuele Camilli finished just outside the podium with Chacco’s Girlstar (Chacco-Blue). His clear jump-off time of 43.11 seconds left him narrowly short of a top-three placing.
Poland’s Adam Grzegorzewski completed the top five with Issem (Quality Time TN) after a clear jump-off in 47.31 seconds.
