Only three combinations managed to leave both the opening round and the jump-off without fault in the 1m50 Falsterbo Derby. Martin Fuchs ultimately came out on top, guiding Love de Vie (Grandorado TN) to the win in a jump-off time of 47.04 seconds.

Home favourite Peder Fredricson also produced a double-clear performance aboard Qurious HS (Comme Il Faut). The Swedish rider stopped the clock in 47.99 seconds, finishing just behind Fuchs in second place.

Belgium's Abdel Saïd completed the podium with Wathnan Arpege du RU (Apache d'Adriers). The pair also delivered two faultless rounds and crossed the finish line in 48.81 seconds to secure third place.

Steve Guerdat narrowly missed out on the podium, finishing fourth aboard Easy Star de Talma (Quick Star) with four faults in 149.83 seconds. Ireland's Trevor Breen rounded out the top five with Konrad Obolensky (Cornet Obolensky), also on four faults, in a time of 152.88 seconds.
