On his social media, Niels Bruynseels has announced the sale of the BWP mare Nauwsika van de Pereboom (breeder: Godfried Storme). Bruynseels had been riding the 11-year-old mare since early 2022.
Following the sale of Matador (Emerald), Bruynseels sees another top horse leave his stables. The daughter of Thunder van de Zuuthoeve received her training as a young horse under Bart Anthonissen. This breeding product of Godfried Storme is a full sister to Gunder van de Pereboom, the Olympic horse.
With Nauwsika van de Pereboom, Niels Bruynseels achieved multiple successes at the 1.50m level. Last year, the duo finished sixth during the Belgian Championship in Lanaken. This year, they once again reached the finals, concluding with a tenth place.
