In the 1.45m Small Grand Prix of Vejer de la Frontera, Finn Boerekamp once again made a strong impression. After winning the 1.50m Medium Tour earlier, the Dutch rider finished in second place this time. With a narrow lead, Pénélope Leprévost claimed victory with the 12-year-old SF stallion, Djagger Semilly.
Pénélope Leprévost and the 12-year-old son of Diamant de Semilly, Djagger Semilly, secured the win with a time of 59.15 seconds. Finn Boerekamp followed in second place with the 11-year-old gelding Jay Jay ES (Big Star), finishing faultlessly in 59.68 seconds. Completing the podium of this 1.45m Small Grand Prix was Anthony Bourquard with Flanagan Semilly (Kannan).
Just outside the top three, Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida finished fourth with Comme le Coeur (Comme Il Faut), followed by Sanne Thijssen in fifth place with her 10-year-old Zangersheide mare, Lolandria Z (Lux Z).
