After two years with Seppe Wouters, the stallion Quito de Mariposa (Comme Il Faut x Air Jordan Z) has returned to the stables of Jérôme Guéry. Guéry will debut the stallion this weekend at the CSI3* in Compiègne.
Seppe Wouters last competed with the stallion in the CSI4* Grand Prix in Gorla Minore back in February. "He is ready for the next stage of his development. Initially, the idea was to keep him at Seppe's stable for one year, but that eventually became two," Guéry told our colleagues at Jump-Off.
While this is a sporting loss for Seppe Wouters, he proved last weekend that he has a worthy successor in the stable with Suzanne de Mariposa. The pair took the win in the 1.40m Junior Grand Prix in Opglabbeek!
