Simon Delestre claimed victory in the CSI5* 1.50m rankingclass at the Longines Global Champions Tour in Rome. Riding Crazy Daisy 13, the Frenchman crossed the finish line in 55.84 seconds to secure the win.
Simon Delestre and Crazy Daisy 13 (Chacco-Blue) took the top spot with a time of 55.84 seconds. Dutch rider Sanne Thijssen finished second aboard Farah Z (For Pleasure) in 56.29 seconds, followed by Germany’s Hans-Dieter Dreher and Harley de la Cense (Andiamo Semilly) in 56.48 seconds.
Italy’s Giacomo Casadei and Spain’s Sergio Alvarez Moya shared fourth place. Casadei, riding Rodania ter Leydonck (Gino H), and Alvarez Moya, aboard Quadrado (Comme Il Faut), both completed the course in 57.07 seconds without faults.
