Just before the start of the CSIO5* 1.60m Grand Prix of Dublin, a 1.50m Speed class was on the program. Together with Easy Star de Talma (Quick Star), there was no stopping the Swiss rider, Steve Guerdat. Guerdat and the 10-year-old SF stallion narrowly beat Daniel Deusser and Bingo Ste Hermelle (Number One d'Iso).
Guerdat and his Quick Star son clocked a clear round in 58.40 seconds. With a time of 58.56 seconds, Daniel Deusser followed in the saddle of his 13-year-old SF stallion, Bingo Ste Hermelle (Number One d'Iso).
Great Britain's Joseph Stockdale completed the top three with the 14-year-old Kandleford (Kannan) under saddle. Just outside the top three, Giulia Martinengo Marquet ended up in fourth place with Captain Morgan Weering Z (Carrera VDL).
The top five was completed by Petronella Andersson and Odina van Klapscheut (Zazu). Earlier, Emilie Conter had already signed for various top rankings. Together with Ocean Quality (Baltic VDL), the Belgian rider also won prizes in this class. The pair eventually finished in eleventh place.
