Last weekend, the first ever Groom Award was handed out at the Royal Dublin Horse Show. In the end it was Virginie Casterman who was awarded as best number one groom. She received recognition as well as a 5.000 Euro cheque, thanks to the sponsorship of Ireland's Cian O'Connor.
