The nine-year-old Bamako de Muze daughter, Belle Amie vd Dassenheide Z, was for a long time the loyal four-legged partner of Wilm Vermeir. Vermeir has now shared on his social media that 'Bam Bam' has been sold to the United States: "You have the heart of a lion and you knew the game so well!"
Under the saddle of Wilm Vermeir, the Zangersheide mare enjoyed numerous successes throughout her sporting career. During the Flanders Horse Expo, the pair secured one victory after another! They won the CSI2* 1.45m Grand Prix, the CSI2* Longines Ranking class, and the CSI2* 1.45m class. Additionally, the duo claimed another CSI2* 1.45m Grand Prix victory in Opglabbeek last December. In short: it was a golden combination! The duo also managed to secure a CSI5* 1.45m podium finish in Stuttgart and earned a placing in the Grand Prix of Lyon.
“It’s always difficult to see such top horses leave your stables. Thank you, Klaas Ost and Els Huens, for giving me the opportunity to ride this superstar! I also want to thank you for the friendship, the trust, and the incredible moments,” said Wilm Vermeir.
