Jur Vrieling's Jourdain VDL sold to Spain!

The Dutch show jumper, Jur Vrieling, has announced the sale of his ten-year-old gelding, Jourdain VDL (Zapatero VDL). The Spanish show jumper, Carlos Lopez Fanjul, will be taking over the reins.

Since last year, Vrieling has had to say goodbye to many top horses. During that time, the Van de Lageweg family entrusted Vrieling with Jourdain VDL. The duo competed at the highest level and even ended up on the longlist for Paris as a non-traveling reserve.

After several successes, it's now time for a new chapter for Jourdain. From now on, he will represent the Spanish flag in the arena! "Thanks to Julio Moya for mediating in the sale," says Vrieling.
