Swiss showjumping rider, Paul Estermann has been accused of animal abuse. The verdict was announced this week by the court of Luzern. The verdict was defended by the fact, witnesses, pictures and the medical file proved the facts.
For Estermann the verdict means a fine of 4,000 Swiss Francs and a conditional fine of 100 times 160 Swiss Francs for a period of 2 years. Meanwhile, Estermann has signed appeal.
