Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA) has been elected as the FEI Athlete Representative for jumping riders. He will represent the interests of (inter)national showjumping riders in the FEI jumping Committee for the next 4 years (2022-2026).
At Thursday's FEI Board Meeting in Cape Town, (SA), the outcome was in favor of Rodrigo Pessoa. In total - for jumping- 569 athletes were eligible to vote. To be eligible an athlete has to be at least 18 years old and have to have represented their country in a team or individually at the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games, Continental Games or World Championships.
From those 569 athletes only 57 - or 10,02% - decided to vote.
