Ahlmann's Caruso 472 moves to Axel Verlooy

Axel Verlooy has yet again invested in an experienced horse. The Belgian sport and trading stable has acquired the Westfalian-gelding Caruso 472 (Cornet Obolensky x Primero) from Christian Ahlmann. Ahlmann and the 10-year-old gelding qualified three years in a row for the finals at the FEI World Championships Young Horses in Lanaken, Belgium. This year Ahlmann and Caruso topped the Longines Global Champions Tour in Monte Carlo. One year before the pair placed twice second in Hickstead. After Judy-Ann Melchior, it recently was Angelique Rüsen who took over the reins of Caruso. The combination competed at the CSI4* and CSI3* in Munster and Samorin.
