British Show Jumping awards Equestrians at Award Ball

Last night, Tuesday 3rd October, saw the annual British Showjumping Awards Ball take place at the St Johns Hotel, Solihull. The evening was attended by in excess of 400 guests celebrate with the extremely worthy nominees and winners from grass roots competitors through to those that have achieved podium success this year. The winners were: Leading Pony Rider of the Year Ellie Hall McAteer from Borehamwood, Hertfordshire Leading Children on Horses Rider of the Year Oliver Fletcher from Faringdon, Oxfordshire Leading Junior Rider of the Year Harry Charles from Alton, Hampshire Leading Young Rider of the Year Amy Inglis from Haywards Heath, West Sussex Team Groom of the Year Robyn Clohessy (Groom to Joe Clayton) UKCC Coach of the Year Mia Palles-Clark from Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk British Breeders Award Jayne Bean from Macclesfield, Cheshire for JB’s Hot Stuff International Stairway Champion Helen Tredwell from Finmere, Buckinghamshire on Sebastian VII National Champion Annabel Shields from Crook, Durham on Wet Wet Wet CSIO Horse Debutant MTF Madame X owned by Poden Farms International Horse & Rider Combination Awards - Senior Team Award Will Whitaker and Utamaro d’Ecaussines owned by Ludwig & Yasmine Criel International Horse & Rider Combination Awards - 5* Performance Award Scott Brash and Hello Forever owned by Lady Kirkham & Lady Harris British Showjumping Award Clare Whitaker from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
