This Saturday it is the International Helmet Awareness day ... The first International day was held in 2010 and asks for riders to be aware of the consequences of not wearing a riding helmet when doing equestrian sports. Not only the organisers but also Equnews is concerned about every riders safety. We've been reporting on way to many accidents, injuries and even deaths of riders, not wearing helmets when riding horses. Therefor we'd like to motivate the riders a little bit.
